Boiling Springs, SC — Myram Steagall Jackson, 78, of Boiling Springs, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at her residence.

Born in Gaffney, she was the widow of the late Sam Jackson and daughter of the late Walter Steagall and Ruth Jones Steagall. Myram was a graduate of Gaffney High School, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a homemaker. She loved her family and was a member of Chesnee Free Will Baptist Church.

Surviving is a daughter, Shannon Johnson (Robert) of Chesnee; two brothers, Frank Jones (Beverlee) of Ponce Inlet, FL and Ben Steagall (Laura) of Gaffney; a special friend, Duncan Banks of Boiling Springs, SC; grandchildren, Maria (Jay), Heather (Leroy), Krystle, Eden, Marc and Bradley; great-grandchildren, Robbie, Brian, Dutch and Jon; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Joe Jackson and two brothers, Jim Steagall and Bill Steagall.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 13, 2022 at Blakely Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Stephen Matheny officiating.

The family will be at the home of Robert & Shannon Johnson, 158 Beaver Creek Drive, Chesnee, SC 29323.
