A Gaffney man who ran from police after concealing crack cocaine in his shoe in December 2005 pleaded guilty Thursday in General Sessions Court. Scottie Eugene Norris, 29, pleaded guilty to trafficking crack cocaine. Circuit Court Judge Mark Hayes sentenced Norris to 10 years. He must serve at least 85 percent of that sentence.
