Gaffney, SC — Tommy Stephen Wolff, 78, of 615 Garvin Lake Road, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at Cherokee Medical Center.
Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Jackie Smith Wolff and son of the late Fred Wolff and Vilous Hensley Wolff. He was a graduate of Gaffney High School, attended Cecil’s Business College, and the owner/operator of Cherokee Plumbing Company. He loved his family, playing guitar, painting, fishing, especially at Murrell’s Inlet, enjoyed jeeps, golf and football. He was a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans Moses Wood Camp Chapter #125 and a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church. Tommy was also a dedicated father to his military son, David.
In addition to his wife, also surviving is a son, David Wolff (Melody) of Murietta, CA; three stepsons, Zachary Hernandez (Leslie) of Franklin, NC, Jamie Mullinax of North Carolina, and Steven Mullinax (Dawn) of Gaffney; a stepdaughter, Rebecca Thomas (Kenny) of Gaffney; five grandchildren, Zackary Wolff, Jordan Wolff, Kayla Wolff, Holly Wolff (Kelvin) and Duran Wolff (Chasity); five stepgrandchildren, Taylor Evans (Brandon), Sonya Evans (Logan), Kennedy Thomas, Colton Thomas and Mindy Rowland (James); numerous great-grandchildren; a special friend and caregiver, Rosa Wilkie (Tommy); numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Stanley Wolff, two sisters, Annetta McCraw and Charlotte Lark, and two brothers, Jimmy Wolff and Max Wolff.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at Blakely Funeral Home. Memorial services will immediately follow at 1:00 PM in Blakely Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mike Burkholder and Reverend Clay Earle officiating.
