NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Condemnor above named pursuant to South Carolina Eminent Domain Procedures Act, Section 28-2-10, et. seq., of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, has brought an action against the Condemnees/Landowners above named to acquire an easement or right-of-way over the real property described herein for public purposes, to-wit:
All that certain piece, parcel or strip of land, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Cherokee, containing 22,379 square feet or 0.513 acre, the same being for a sewer and electric easement 50’ wide and running a distance of 256’ and for a sewer easement 30’ wide and running a distance of 358’ along the creek, being a portion of a parcel or land containing 3.317 acres and known as Lot 7 on a plat prepared for William Gregory Estes dated September 12, 2000 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Cherokee County, South Carolina in Book 84 at Page 306.
This being a portion of the same property conveyed to Antonio A. Witrago and Ma C. Witrago by Deed of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., dated March 18, 2008 and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Cherokee County, South Carolina in Volume 16 at Page 2861.
