Gaffney High student named National Merit semifinalist

Gaffney High senior Dillon Gentry has been named one of 16,000 semifinalists in the National Merit Scholarship Program. Gentry hopes to attend Clemson University and major in engineering. The county’s new EMS provider is ramping up efforts to staff its ambulance fleet.
