BHS winter guard wins state championship
For a second straight year, the Blacksburg High winter guard has won the South Carolina Band Directors Association (SCBDA) state championship. Water and sewer service rate hikes proposed
Blacksburg residents could pay more for water and sewer service if proposed rate increases are passed by town council later this month.
