Gaffney GPD Golf Tournament

The Gaffney Police Department is hosting its first golf tournament April 18 at Cherokee National Golf Course, 442 Cherokee National Hwy., Gaffney. Registration begins at 1:15 p.m. and the shotgun start will be at 2 p.m. Cost per player is $70 or $280 per team. Format will be 4-man team captain’s choice.

Entry fee includes cart and range balls. Players may purchase two mulligans and one red tee for an additional cost of $20 per player the day of the tournament. Prizes will be awarded for first place, longest drive and closest to the pin. Several items will be raffled off including a BMW weekend experience.

All proceeds will go towards the purchase of K9 police dogs for the department.

Tournament is limited to 30 teams.
