Blacksburg – Thomas Boyce Davis Sr., 86, of 614 Old Chester Road, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at his residence.
Born in Blacksburg, he was the widower of Novella Greer Davis and the son of the late William and Carrie Starnes Davis. He attended Mt. Whitaker Baptist Church and enjoyed landscaping.
Surviving Mr. Davis are his sons, Thomas Boyce Davis Jr. (Kelly) and William Davis (Melissa); his sisters, Carolyn Wright and Vera Brown; his grandchildren, John Davis (Courtney), Chloe Davis, Will Davis, Matthew Davis, Chris Prouty, and Alyssa Davis; and his great-grandchildren, Gideon, Aria, Cheyenne, and Alekai.
In addition to his wife and parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his siblings, Julia, W.C., Jack, Edward, and Doris.
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 3rd, 2025 from 2:30-3:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, SC. Cryptside services will follow at 3:30 pm at Clingman Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 1219 East Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, SC.
