NOTICE OF CLERK’S SALE
Pursuant to a Judgment and Decree for Foreclosure in the case of Brenda Sprinkle v. Harry H. MacDonald (Case No. 2022-CP-11-00039), I will offer for sale at public auction, after due advertisement, to the highest bidder, for cash, at the Cherokee County Courthouse, during the usual hour for legal sales beginning at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 6, 2022, the following described real estate, to-wit:
